Project-Based Learning

Working with Boileau Communications Management, I was asked to create a information graphic that illustrated the complex relationships between concepts related to the Collaboration for Teaching and Learning's "Project-Based Learning" model.

We drew our inspiration from the idea of a Greek Ampitheatre. However, in the new model, the student, not the teacher, is the central figure or inquirer. As you move outwards through the levels, the student builds various types of thinking (Academic Literacy, Digitial Thinking, and Artful Thinking) through several types of instruction and classroom environments, including real-life intersections with the community.
